As part of the process, we will verify your Federal Firearms License (FFL) to ensure
compliance with regulations.
Pay the onboarding fee of $350 as part of the application process.
Fld Staff Assign credentials to you then you can select the subscription and start your
free trails of 14 days once the trial period completed the charges will be directly
deducted from your account
Approval
Once your Federal Firearms License (FFL) is verified and your application is approved, you
will receive an email with your credentials. Upon receiving your credentials, you can select
your preferred subscription plan and activate it. This will initiate your 14-day free trial
period. After the trial period, subscription charges will be automatically deducted from
your account
Providing Your Offering List
After you've subscribed, you will receive an email requesting your "List" of firearms that
are available
in your store, which we refer to as your "Offering." The firearms recommendations provided
to your
customers after the "scan" is performed are based on the information from your Offering
list.
Receiving Hardware
As part of the onboarding process, you will receive the necessary hardware, shipped directly
to you
which includes an iPad(s) for scanning and generating firearm recommendations based on the
customer's
hand scan.
Zoom Meeting for Training and Clarification
Once all the components are in place, we'll schedule a Zoom meeting with you and your team.
During this
meeting, we will:
Answer any questions you may have about the software.
Provide a detailed walkthrough of the software's functionality.
Ensure that the Owner, Manager, and Counter Salespeople are comfortable using our
system.
